Sometimes, the best getaway is one where you can just stroll down a pathway to quiet tranquility.  That’s when life is smelling like a rose.  A Tybee Rose is even better!

The Tybee Rose is a quiet, family-styled oceanfront beach retreat.  It comes complete with the soothing sounds of gentle breaking waves, rustling palms, native island birds and views of ships traveling to and from Savannah, all framed with Hilton Head and Daufuskie Islands as a backdrop.  Access to the North Beach is limited, so there is never a crowd, except perhaps the seagulls, sandpipers, pelicans and sea life.

You won’t want to miss sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. Be forewarned, you may never want to leave! The cottage has been family owned for over 50 years as a private vacation retreat. It has recently been renovated and is available for rent when family members are not enjoying it.  This loving cottage is named for the family matriarch who loved flowers, her family and Tybee.  She’d love to welcome guests to her home!

Ft. Screven is a relaxing residential area away from the Tybee’s South End crowds and noise and that’s the way our neighborhood likes to keep it.  It’s filled with memories of love and family and comes with complimentary WIFI.  It’s a comfortable and convenient ground level cottage with a wonderful back deck and those wonderfu ocean views.

Tybee Rose is just 20 minutes to Historic Savannah and it’s also around the corner from the Tybee Lighthouse.  You’ll enjoy beach walking, cooking on the charcoal grill, and lounging on the deck.  There’s convenient street side parking for two cars directly in front of unit and you’ll love the luxury of the outdoor shower, your own private walkway to the water, and the wildlife viewing.
