“This was a very roomy house for a family, full of light and very comfortable. The large upstairs bedroom was very roomy, like a large bonus room. The wifi was nice to have, and we enjoyed the seating on the porch. We also had plenty of room under the house to lock up our bikes safely, and the washer/dryer there were convenient. It was an easy walk to the beach or the lighthouse, so it is well situated also near the Sundae Cafe and Sugar Shack, a block off US 80. -William P.”
Sandy’s Beach House is located on the north side of the island, just one block from Jaycee Park. Take a short 5 minute walk and you will be by the lighthouse, North Beach grill and the ocean! There is a beach cart that can make your trip to the beach even easier. You can also bring your critters to stay with you since Sandy’s is pet friendly and has a fully fenced in back yard.
It has a full service modern kitchen with all the items needed to fix a feast for the family. You’ll love the formal dining area with seating for six. In the mornings, enjoy the coffee provided while sitting at the spacious breakfast bar. The living room has a large flat screen TV and plenty of space to unwind. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and balcony. Upstairs, you’ll find a beautiful queen bedroom and then downstairs is a a third bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. If you need even more sleeping space, don’t worry since there is also a queen air mattress that can work great for the kids!
You can cook outside using the grill, surf the Internet with wi-fi and keep the laundry all caught up, because a washer and dryer is included!
